Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve 5G/6G RAN Traffic Control software.
- Own software work from problem definition through implementation and validation.
- Structure ambiguous technical challenges and deliver improvements to product quality and team productivity.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, transformation initiatives, automation, and AI adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and share engineering learnings with the team.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals demonstrated through coursework, projects, internships, or professional work.
- Ability to take engineering ownership and drive complex technical work toward clear outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to align with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and motivation to develop toward technical or people leadership.
- Proactive approach to structuring ambiguous problems and improving established ways of working.
- Clear communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Genuine interest in software craftsmanship, 5G/6G RAN Traffic Control, and AI-enabled engineering.
