Base Salary
$193k - $193k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead risk platform delivery and full-stack architecture using Java/Spring Boot, Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Design event-driven services for PnL and risk limits and build backend services for intraday calculations and snapshots.
- Develop Excel-integrated solutions using C#, Excel-DNA, COM applications, and RTD servers.
- Build API and messaging integrations for downstream consumers using Kafka, Solace, or RabbitMQ.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Spark processing, and S3/Iceberg data-lake solutions.
- Support macro trading, structured and flow rates, FX instruments, and trade-lifecycle workflows.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing technical roadmaps for complex software platforms.
- Mentor engineers, drive platform modernization, and evaluate AI/ML automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience, including Java and Spring Boot, performance tuning, reactive programming, design patterns, data structures, and concurrency.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipeline engineering, Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, containers, and orchestration.
- At least 2 years of experience designing fault-tolerant distributed systems, managing concurrent high-throughput data flows, developing React or TypeScript production UIs, using real-time browser APIs, and implementing messaging and event-driven architectures.
- At least 2 years of experience with .NET and C# development involving Excel integration, advanced SQL or schema optimization, query performance, and finance including macro trading and structured and flow rates.
- At least 1 year of experience leading cross-functional technical roadmaps and working with FX and trade lifecycle processes.
