Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance services for real-time pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Drive architectural improvements in the pricing platform to support growth and new products.
- Mentor and coach engineers, promoting best practices in system design and operational excellence.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of pricing engines through testing and monitoring.
- Champion improvements in developer experience and platform resilience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with scalable products.
- High proficiency in Python and experience with Java or Kotlin.
- Proven ability to deliver complex engineering projects independently.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices in cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalability and system reliability.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive impactful outcomes.
