Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including ingestion, data modeling with DMOs and DLOs, identity resolution, and audience activation.
- Design and optimize batch, streaming, and zero-copy-federated data pipelines from CRM, digital, and data warehouse sources.
- Define and govern identity resolution, data quality, consent, privacy, scalability, and enterprise data platform standards.
- Enable segmentation, calculated insights, and real-time activation across Marketing Cloud and downstream channels.
- Monitor and optimize credit consumption, platform performance, operational health, alerts, and ongoing platform efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, support solutioning and pre-sales activities, and mentor architects and engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is stated for the Custom Software Engineer role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience is stated for the Application Lead role.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce and data architecture with hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, Salesforce Data, or Data 360.
- Deep expertise in Identity Resolution, data modeling, Calculated Insights, and Data Transforms.
- Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals, including experience integrating Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale, governed data platforms.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Personalization, and AI-driven use cases such as Agentforce is preferred.
- A strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, with 15 years of full-time education stated.
