Responsibilities
- Define and champion a 12–18 month platform strategy.
- Provide thought leadership in designing privacy compliant architectures.
- Oversee architecture ensuring backward compatibility and data integrity.
- Set and uphold SLOs and lead incident management processes.
- Ensure privacy compliance while driving cost-efficient decisions.
- Perform high-impact code reviews and optimizations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reusable components.
- Coach and mentor Senior and Staff engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional backend development experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Java/Kotlin/Spring-based service development.
- Proven experience designing and operating web-scale microservices.
- Deep expertise in diagnosing mission-critical system failures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
