Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, predictive models, and generative AI tools.
- Develop full-stack AI applications with front-end interfaces, backend services, and cloud architecture.
- Build production-ready AI systems integrated with enterprise platforms and user-facing automotive applications.
- Own experimentation, rapid prototypes, proofs of concept, minimum viable products, prompt refinement, model performance iteration, and AI reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI capabilities.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, privacy, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML solution development.
- Proven experience delivering production-ready AI systems involving LLM applications, traditional machine learning models, RAG pipelines, and agentic or automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AutoGen, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, n8n, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Strong Python proficiency and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, the Hugging Face ecosystem, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Deep experience with Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval.
- Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, model evaluation, and LLM optimization.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry, plus ML operations practices such as testing, model monitoring, and observability.
- Proficiency with React, microservice APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing the Model Context Protocol to support context sharing, interoperability, and coordination across multi-agent systems.
