Base Salary
$138k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain Salesforce, Windows, and web applications.
- Build Salesforce.com application extensions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- Enhance existing systems, identify and correct software defects, and develop problem-prevention strategies.
- Participate in project planning, scope and coordinate development requests, and manage software releases and enhancements.
- Work with business users, quality assurance teams, third-party vendors, and organizational teams throughout the application lifecycle.
- Provide system training and create business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, project, and end-user documentation.
- Assist business areas with process improvement, business direction, and implementation of new capabilities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on leadership in application solution design, architecture, implementation, and deployment.
- Experience working with users to develop business requirements and strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and project management.
- Salesforce Certified Admin certification and Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- BA/BS degree minimum; a technical field is preferred.
- Ability to install and maintain computer hardware and software and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, research, proofreading, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across organizational levels, function independently under deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work a flexible schedule.
