Base Salary

$138k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain Salesforce, Windows, and web applications.
  • Build Salesforce.com application extensions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Enhance existing systems, identify and correct software defects, and develop problem-prevention strategies.
  • Participate in project planning, scope and coordinate development requests, and manage software releases and enhancements.
  • Work with business users, quality assurance teams, third-party vendors, and organizational teams throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Provide system training and create business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, project, and end-user documentation.
  • Assist business areas with process improvement, business direction, and implementation of new capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on leadership in application solution design, architecture, implementation, and deployment.
  • Experience working with users to develop business requirements and strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and project management.
  • Salesforce Certified Admin certification and Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
  • BA/BS degree minimum; a technical field is preferred.
  • Ability to install and maintain computer hardware and software and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, research, proofreading, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work across organizational levels, function independently under deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work a flexible schedule.
