Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, predictive models, and generative AI tools.
- Develop full-stack AI applications with frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud architecture.
- Build and operationalize production-ready AI systems integrated with enterprise platforms and user-facing automotive applications.
- Lead applied experimentation, rapid prototypes and MVPs, prompt refinement, model-performance iteration, and AI reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI capabilities.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, privacy, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solution development.
- Proven experience delivering production-ready AI systems using LLM applications, traditional ML models, RAG pipelines, and agentic or automated workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AutoGen, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, n8n, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, the Hugging Face ecosystem, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Deep experience with Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, and embedding-based retrieval techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG architecture, model evaluation, and LLM optimization.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry, along with ML operations practices such as model monitoring and observability.
- Proficiency in full-stack and cloud-native development using React, microservice APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing the Model Context Protocol for context sharing, interoperability, and coordination across multi-agent systems.
