Base Salary

$174k - $252k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Write and test end-to-end product or system development code across user-facing interfaces, backend APIs, storage schemas, and databases.
  • Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas using ML infrastructure, agentic prompts, and multi-turn conversational workflows.
  • Collaborate through design reviews, code reviews, and technical design documentation.
  • Triage, debug, and resolve platform issues by analyzing root causes and downstream operational impacts.
  • Create and update technical documentation, API specifications, and developer guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
  • At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and at least 1 year of software design and architecture experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
  • At least 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure, including areas such as model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging, prompt engineering, or LLM output validation.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or PhD, data structures and algorithms experience, technical leadership, accessible technology development, full-stack development with Dart, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and shadow-mode testing or batch evaluation experience.

  • US base salary is $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
