Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain critical payment services, applications, and hotel-facing payment portal components.
- Build secure components for payment-card management and ensure solution robustness, scalability, and performance.
- Design and deploy AWS infrastructure and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps and automation practices.
- Identify optimization opportunities, create proofs of concept, and monitor developments in cloud, AI, and modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, developers, and Tech Leads, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience in mature organizational environments.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud architectures and excellent proficiency in Java.
- Good proficiency with VueJS or another modern frontend framework.
- Significant experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with CI/CD environments, DevOps practices, and API design and integration.
- Prior experience with high-traffic transactional platforms, payment environments, and PCI DSS is preferred.
- Initiative, curiosity, rapid prototyping ability, collaborative working style, and the ability to influence technical decisions.
- Submit a portfolio summarizing projects and/or a link to GitHub.
