Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve computer vision, machine learning, and AI systems for construction data problems.
- Evaluate and apply computer vision models, large language models, and other AI approaches.
- Build and ship initial prototypes quickly, then refine them using user feedback.
- Take AI systems from initial concept through production deployment.
- Contribute to early-stage product work beyond core modeling when needed.
Requirements
- Hands-on applied computer vision and machine learning experience, including Python and deep learning.
- Experience taking an AI system from concept to production deployment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with ambiguous, practical early-stage work.
- Clear, empathetic, and candid communication.
- Candidates across experience levels, from 0 to 10+ years, are considered.
- Must be a US citizen and able to work full-time in the San Francisco office or relocate.
- Construction or social-impact experience and having built an adopted or paid product or tool are helpful.
Benefits
- Salary range of $120,000 to $180,000 annually.
