Responsibilities
- Design and develop search system architecture and affiliated products.
- Optimize online services, offline data flows, system performance, stability, scalability, and costs.
- Provide core search capabilities to partners and support large-scale machine learning optimization.
- Research, design, develop, and optimize core system components and apply new technologies.
- Work on large-scale, high-concurrency, and high-throughput systems.
- Develop, update, test, and validate computer and network software.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using computer science, engineering, and mathematical principles.
- Collaborate with computer hardware engineers on hardware-software integration and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience building scalable systems.
- Programming experience in C, C++, Java, or Golang; C++ experience is a plus.
- Strong programming ability and high-quality design and coding skills.
- Experience in search engines, personalized recommendations, machine learning, distributed storage systems, or big data frameworks is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, ownership, and drive.
