Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality frontend experiences for the Platform Experience team.
- Participate in frontend architecture decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs.
- Collaborate with backend development in mixed full-stack squads when needed.
- Maintain software quality through testing, observability, production monitoring, and technical-debt management.
- Use generative AI tools, agents, and automations for development, debugging, code review, and documentation.
- Work with development teams across the company to understand their needs and improve developer experience.
- Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Stay current with technologies, cloud providers, and services and share knowledge with other teams.
Requirements
- Solid frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Go is a plus.
- Experience with frontend unit and integration testing, ideally using Jest.
- Experience with cloud services.
- Experience with application observability and monitoring using DataDog or similar tools.
- Active use of generative AI tools in daily workflow.
- Experience creating AI skills or agents to automate tasks.
