Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer data pipelines that unify various data sources.
- Develop and operate the Customer Personalization Engine using Snowflake Cortex or similar technology.
- Create the analytical foundation for actionable customer behavior insights.
- Design cross-merchant customer identity resolution approaches.
- Collaborate with engineers to define APIs and data contracts for features.
- Ensure data quality, observability, and pipeline reliability for customer data products.
- Advise the team on data feasibility and collection needs.
Requirements
- Experience with Snowflake or other data warehousing technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex or comparable ML-in-warehouse tools.
- Familiarity with dbt or equivalent transformation frameworks.
- Experience in feature engineering for machine learning.
- Proven track record of building production ML systems.
- Ability to work embedded on a product team and collaborate with engineers.
- Strong communication skills to explain data constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
