Base Salary
$175k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and deployment of complex AI/ML workloads for strategic enterprise customers, owning proof-of-concept work through post-sales optimization.
- Architect and deploy Kubernetes-based ML workloads using stacks such as Ray and Kubeflow while balancing performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Deploy and optimize workloads directly on Crusoe infrastructure at the container and hardware levels.
- Help customers migrate and adapt workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP while explaining cloud-native and Crusoe-native tradeoffs.
- Conduct workshops, live demonstrations, and solution reviews, and contribute to case studies, solution briefs, and blog posts.
- Relay customer feedback to Engineering and Product teams to improve Crusoe’s platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and deploying containerized workloads.
- Deep Kubernetes expertise with hands-on experience in Helm, Terraform, Docker, and multi-node orchestration.
- Demonstrated experience deploying ML frameworks such as Ray, MLflow, and Airflow on Kubernetes for inference and model training.
- Knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and scaling across AWS, GCP, or Azure, with experience translating workloads across clouds preferred.
- Ability to lead customer-facing technical engagements, gather requirements, conduct onboarding and deployment work, and support pre- and post-sales environments.
- Strong Linux and command-line interface proficiency for operating environments and troubleshooting infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales.
- Experience with Ray, Kubeflow, or other distributed ML orchestration platforms is a bonus.
- Exposure to Slurm, multi-cloud migration, and technical content such as talks, blogs, or case studies is a bonus.
