Base Salary
$54k - $136k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored API-focused product demonstrations.
- Scope, plan, and lead the delivery of technical proof-of-concept projects.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for partners, triaging integration issues.
- Develop and maintain a library of technical enablement materials.
- Create scalable resources to enhance partner engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Remote’s API and integration capabilities.
- Act as a key technical liaison between partners and internal teams.
- Translate partner requirements into detailed product requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Solutions Architect function.
Requirements
- Understanding of API architectures and integration design using REST and SOAP.
- Expertise in real-time communication patterns, including Webhooks and WebSockets.
- Knowledge of modern authentication frameworks like OAuth 2.0.
- Proven ability in rapid prototyping and leading complex integration projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation and training materials.
- Proficiency with modern sales and development tools, including Salesforce.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
