Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in requirements grooming, technical solutioning, effort estimation, and identification of dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, workflows, and other platform capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Resolve defects found during QA and UAT and provide technical support for application issues and enhancements.
- Support deployment and release activities across development, testing, and production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and support post-production stabilization and ongoing application maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience analyzing requirements and developing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, workflows, and Salesforce customization.
- Experience developing and troubleshooting integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ability to perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, application quality, performance, security, deployment, and governance processes.
