Base Salary
$220k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed deeply with customer teams to understand business goals and technical requirements.
- Architect and build end-to-end solutions using TypeScript/React, Node.js, Python, ROS, and SQL.
- Draft clear scopes of work, timelines, and success metrics for projects.
- Code alongside customer engineers to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success for seamless customer experiences.
- Relay insights from customer interactions to inform product development.
- Document best practices and mentor future Forward-Deployed Engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- 3+ years of experience in Robotics or Autonomous systems.
- Experience in customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in robotics.
- Proven history of rapid prototyping and iterative delivery.
- Front-end expertise in React/TypeScript and back-end experience in Node.js or Python.
- Solid understanding of network and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Comfortable owning problems end-to-end and communicating technical details.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
