Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications.
- Operationalize prototypes created by the Dublin and local AI teams.
- Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams.
- Collaborate with AI teams and technology colleagues in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Establish development frameworks, standards, practices, and guidelines, including prompt engineering practices.
- Iterate rapidly, learn from failures, and communicate lessons learned.
- Work collaboratively in an Agile environment and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong English and Romanian communication skills.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and the ability to discuss a personal or professional AI project and its rationale.
- Proficiency with a modern frontend framework, ideally React; Vue or Angular are also accepted.
- Hands-on experience with NestJS, NodeJS, or a similar technology stack.
- Experience with or knowledge of Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Large Language Models and prompt engineering techniques.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset.
- Practical Kubernetes and MongoDB experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of deployments and infrastructure is preferred.
