Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art web applications.
- Operationalize prototypes developed by the Dublin or local AI teams.
- Ensure seamless handover of operationalized prototypes to business technology teams.
- Establish development frameworks, standards, practices, and guidelines, including prompt engineering practices.
- Collaborate with AI teams and technology colleagues in an Agile, experimental, and fast-paced environment.
- Continuously improve solutions through rapid iteration, learning from failures, and adapting to feedback.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively in both English and Romanian.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency with a modern frontend framework, ideally React; Vue or Angular are also acceptable.
- Have hands-on experience with NestJS, NodeJS, or a similar technology stack.
- Have experience with or knowledge of Python.
- Understand RESTful APIs, AI concepts, Large Language Models, prompt engineering techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Be able to discuss a personal or professional AI project, including its approach and reasoning.
- Demonstrate a creative, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
- Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB is preferred.
- Knowledge of deployments and infrastructure is preferred.
