Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-powered workflows across repositories for documentation, testing, code quality, reviews, and security.
- Design prompts, multi-step agent interactions, evaluation pipelines, edge-case and adversarial datasets, regression checks, and production quality gates.
- Improve agent reliability, usability, security, and automation safety, including mitigation of prompt injection and data leaks.
- Create reusable workflow templates, onboarding tools, CLI/scripts, documentation, guides, and self-service integrations.
- Maintain the workflow catalog, integrations, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline-as-code patterns.
- Implement secure design practices involving least privilege, secrets, OIDC, authentication, authorization, and testable production-safe changes.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer.
- Strong hands-on Python experience for scripting, automation, evaluation tooling, or integrations.
- Practical production or engineering experience with LLMs, prompts, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
- Daily experience using AI coding assistants or agents such as Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
- Experience designing, testing, and iterating prompts and evaluating non-deterministic AI outputs.
- Strong experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD tooling, including reusable workflows and pipeline-as-code.
- Experience with YAML, Markdown, JSON, and configuration-driven systems.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, secrets handling, and least-privilege access patterns.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation for developers.
- Preferred experience with promptfoo, DeepEval, RAGAS, Azure AI Evaluation SDK, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants API, internal developer platforms, developer tooling, developer experience engineering, docs-as-code, static documentation sites, Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi, CDK, software supply-chain security, dependency scanning, action pinning, SBOM concepts, prompt injection, adversarial testing, and OWASP Top 10 for LLM.
