Responsibilities
- Perform continuous security, API, and regression testing across the application lifecycle.
- Design automation strategies and create automated test scripts.
- Configure and manage test environments and data for realistic test scenarios.
- Participate in code reviews and identify, document, monitor, and report defects.
- Contribute to testing frameworks, automation tools, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide testing progress updates to stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing testing knowledge and best practices.
- Work independently and contribute solutions as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience designing and executing automated test scripts.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with security testing and API validation techniques.
- Ability to configure test environments and data and track defects.
