Base Salary
$230k - $320k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve infrastructure using AWS and modern DevOps practices.
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
- Improve system security and auditability across environments.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience, preferably at a high-growth startup.
- Strong AWS experience, including services like EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (preferably Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions or similar.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of large initiatives from day one.
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week.
