Base Salary
$188k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of end-to-end agentic AI software solutions.
- Use LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, context engineering, and evaluation to build AI applications.
- Design and implement data orchestration and processing pipelines for continuous agent operations and performance improvement.
- Translate complex customer problems and business requirements into effective, deployable AI solutions.
- Drive technical alignment across teams through strong problem-solving and system design.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and deploying end-to-end agentic AI systems in production.
- In-depth knowledge of current agentic AI technologies and a strong software development background.
- Expertise building high-performance AI applications that integrate multiple data sources.
- Excellent problem-solving and system design skills, with the ability to drive technical alignment across teams.
- Preferred: MS or PhD in a science or engineering field.
- Preferred: Experience building and maintaining scalable big data applications in a cloud environment.
