Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend foundations and tooling for the internal developer platform.
- Incorporate AI-native and add-on workflows into daily work and the platform.
- Raise engineering-excellence standards.
- Lead the consolidation and evolution of platform primitives, including the developer portal, local development, domain-service templates and scaffolders, GraphQL, event-driven and OpenAPI golden paths, and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with platform and product-development teams to define and adopt the internal developer platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of distributed-systems experience.
- Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Proficiency designing, maintaining, and evolving GraphQL APIs at scale.
- Strong AI mindset.
- Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to build a platform for and with internal customers using a product mindset.
