Base Salary
$111k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Gather and document user stories and technical requirements.
- Write clean, efficient functional and test code.
- Automate build and deployment pipelines.
- Perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of software tools.
- Develop and maintain scalable workflows and design automation solutions.
- Support hardware product design, process design, and manufacturing teams through design automation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related STEM field completed by the start date.
- At least 6 months of experience with Python, Tcl, or C++, Linux environments, version control systems, and EDA tools.
- Preferred: Ph.D. in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related STEM field.
- Preferred: hands-on experience implementing solutions using large language models.
- Preferred: at least 12 months of experience with industry-standard EDA tools for physical design, place-and-route scripting, and DRC verification.
- Preferred: experience building job management tools on distributed computing systems, automating processes with workflows and templates, and administering and deploying CAD software.
