Responsibilities

  • Design and build high-performance C++ execution engines, real-time simulation algorithms, and performance-critical modules.
  • Render anatomical environments, volumetric DICOM datasets, and dynamic spatial interactions using VTK, ITK, and 3D modeling tools.
  • Develop responsive web interfaces with React and JavaScript across modular distributed architectures.
  • Contribute to architecture diagrams, sprint estimations, production troubleshooting, and structured root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure requirements-to-implementation traceability and compliance with medical-device software development and patient-data security standards.
  • Mentor technical talent and serve as a subject-matter expert for complex technical and product problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of professional work experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on modern C++ experience, including object-oriented design and multithreaded systems.
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures, microservices, Web APIs, and modern client-side frameworks such as Angular, React, and JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with DICOM, VTK, ITK, and 3D modeling pipelines.
  • Experience with static and dynamic analysis, memory inspection, profiling, and code coverage tools.
  • Knowledge of software integration, build automation, and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience working with medical-device SDLC standards, IEC 62304, FDA compliance, and HIPAA-related data security.
