Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact virtual machine software projects.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions for secure private cloud VM environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading projects and designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- 2 years of experience working with Kubernetes.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with Linux Kernel.
Benefits
- US base salary of $207000-$300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
