Responsibilities
- Architect and rapidly prototype LLM-based, multi-agent, and agentic AI systems for data governance and enterprise reasoning workflows.
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to understand data ecosystems, governance challenges, and business objectives and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Build and deploy BI and ML pipelines that generate executive insights and measurable customer value.
- Define reusable solution patterns, delivery methodologies, accelerators, automation frameworks, and internal tooling for Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Feed customer patterns, edge cases, and AI use cases into Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Conduct competitive analysis and mentor field engineers and customer-side technical teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant customer-facing technical leadership experience such as FDE, Solutions Architect, or CTO-office work.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, vector databases, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning ML models for enterprise use cases.
- Experience delivering large-scale BI and data pipeline solutions, with proficiency in SQL, cloud warehousing, and predictive modeling.
- Architectural fluency in distributed systems, enterprise data governance, metadata management, and compliance-grade data platforms.
- Ability to write production-quality code rapidly and influence delivery methodologies, solution patterns, or technical standards across teams.
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with Fortune 500 CDOs and technical stakeholders.
Benefits
- The role has a 75/25 split with US on-target earnings of $200,000-$275,000.
- The US base salary range is $152,152.00-$205,405.00.
