Responsibilities
- Lead the squad technically and guide engineering decisions.
- Develop high-performance services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Refine scopes with Product and Architecture, including exception scenarios.
- Build event-driven integrations with Kafka.
- Support domain modernization using DDD and data migration.
- Promote good practices, quality, and DevOps.
Requirements
- Experience with Java versions 8 through 25 and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, and MongoDB.
- Knowledge of hexagonal architecture, microservices, and DDD.
- Experience using GitHub as a DevOps pipeline.
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
- Full-stack experience, mainframe integration, LLM use in development, or legacy-system modernization is a differentiator.
