Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing solutions across UI, API, and system levels.
- Embed continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Combine automated and exploratory testing approaches.
- Build and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
- Support performance, security, accessibility, and operational acceptance testing.
- Shape testing strategy, frameworks, and best practices across the QA community.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, DevOps specialists, product stakeholders, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Apply TDD, BDD, and ATDD practices within Agile delivery environments.
Requirements
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- A quality-focused approach and interest in improving engineering standards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approaches.
- Ideally, existing eligibility for or ability to obtain a high level of UK Security Clearance; candidates will typically need to be British citizens who have lived continuously in the UK for the previous five years.
