Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, test-driven code that is scalable and maintainable.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including system architecture and improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and design reviews.
- Collaborate with peers across Amazon teams to build and scale services.
- Work closely with business partners to design and implement new features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
