Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical advice, influence decisions, and solve problems spanning multiple teams and business areas.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is required.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, including front-end, back-end, and database development.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with version control systems and agile development environments.
- Deep subject-matter expertise, influencing and advisory skills, and the ability to make decisions across multiple teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
