Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated tests for web, API, and workflow systems.
- Test quote, policy issuance, endorsement, claims, and payment flows.
- Improve regression testing and release checks.
- Work with engineers and product teams to catch issues earlier.
- Track bugs clearly and help identify root causes.
- Support manual testing where automation is not ready.
- Improve QA standards, documentation, and release confidence.
Requirements
- Experience in QA automation, software testing, or test engineering.
- Ability to build practical automated tests for real product flows.
- Good understanding of web, API, and regression testing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot edge cases.
- Clear communication when reporting bugs and risks.
- Comfortable working with engineers, product, and operations.
- Low ego, high ownership, and strong follow-through.
