Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on an end-to-end RAG pipeline for autonomous-vehicle validation from prototype through demo.
- Build and validate a driving-risk assessment system and experimentally test autonomous-vehicle behavior.
- Define and run empirical experiments using data to evaluate system performance and assumptions.
- Work independently on ambiguous, open-ended problems using rapid iteration and a research-oriented approach.
- Communicate complex results, trade-offs, and uncertainty clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in a relevant quantitative field such as engineering, computer science, physics, neuroscience, biology, or computational biology.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Solid understanding of data manipulation, including SQL, PySpark, or Scala.
- Foundation in machine learning and statistics.
- Ability to work independently on uncertain, open-ended problems and collaborate effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
