Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Customize D365 CRM applications through workflows, plugins, integrations, entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards.
- Develop custom CRM functionality using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, the Dynamics 365 SDK, and Web API.
- Build and integrate custom applications and automations using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure integration services.
- Apply system architecture, analysis, performance tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior consultants and team members.
- Participate in project planning and management activities and help deliver project milestones on time.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modeling, and business processes.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including custom plugin and workflow development.
- Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM applications and working with CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Understanding of system architecture, scalable solution design, performance tuning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, independent-working, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-200, MB-210, or MB-220; Azure services and integration tools; data migration strategies and tools; and CRM security and compliance requirements.
