Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in integrating Appier technologies into their websites and apps.
  • Collaborate with client Account Managers and technical teams to address and resolve technical matters.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal resources effectively to meet their needs.
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations and resolve technical issues on schedule.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are preferred.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, concise manner.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems effectively.
  • Basic understanding of website structures, with the ability to trace and interpret HTML and JavaScript.
  • Familiar with Python and SQL (preferred).
  • Experience with iOS & Android application development (preferred).
  • Experience with Web development (preferred).
