Responsibilities
- Assist customers in integrating Appier technologies into their websites and apps.
- Collaborate with client Account Managers and technical teams to address and resolve technical matters.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal resources effectively to meet their needs.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations and resolve technical issues on schedule.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, concise manner.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems effectively.
- Basic understanding of website structures, with the ability to trace and interpret HTML and JavaScript.
- Familiar with Python and SQL (preferred).
- Experience with iOS & Android application development (preferred).
- Experience with Web development (preferred).
