Responsibilities

Assist customers in integrating Appier technologies into their websites and apps.
Collaborate with client Account Managers and technical teams to address and resolve technical matters.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal resources effectively to meet their needs.
Manage stakeholders’ expectations and resolve technical issues on schedule.

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are preferred.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, concise manner.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems effectively.
Basic understanding of website structures, with the ability to trace and interpret HTML and JavaScript.
Familiar with Python and SQL (preferred).
Experience with iOS & Android application development (preferred).
Experience with Web development (preferred).
