Responsibilities
- Set up dashboards and alerts for observability and automation.
- Participate in root cause analyses and log user pain points weekly.
- Propose product fixes based on user insights.
- Build a lightweight agent with reusable skills.
- Optimize workflows in incident management tooling (optional).
Requirements
- Must have a major in CS, Data, AI, or a related field.
- Proficient in Linux and scripting languages like Shell or Python.
- Basic SQL knowledge is required.
- Ability to write actionable documentation.
- Empathy and product thinking to enhance user experience.
- Basic understanding of agents and skills.
- Nice-to-have skills include K8s, CI/CD, and Terraform experience.
- Experience with MLOps projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with building simple LLM agents or defining skills is advantageous.
- Experience with TSM tools is a plus.
