Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and automate across core systems.
- Engage with service owners on operational issues and manage incidents.
- Support observability, workload schedulers, databases, and Linux systems.
- Contribute to automation tasks using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
- Maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging pipelines.
- Document issues and update runbooks to assist colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Understanding of hardware infrastructure fundamentals.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Scientific curiosity and a desire to learn and improve system performance.
- Good communication skills.
