Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in CS, Data, AI, or a related major.
- Proficient in Linux and scripting (Shell/Python).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to write actionable runbooks.
- Experience in improving user experience from support data.
- Basic understanding of agents and skills.
