Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a consumer healthcare store for virtual and in-person visits, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and other care services.
- Develop a seamless and detailed patient experience while addressing operational challenges in delivering care at scale.
- Write product requirements documents and SQL queries to understand feature performance.
- Own QA and contribute wherever needed to deliver a high-quality product.
- Work closely with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders.
- Navigate healthcare complexities including EHR integrations and revenue cycle management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience building web applications as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience with modern infrastructure tooling and programming languages.
- Proficiency in a modern technology stack; the current stack includes AWS, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and balance engineering velocity with quality.
- Interest in healthcare is valued but a healthcare background is not required.
