Responsibilities
- Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS.
- Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations.
- Test POS terminals, scanners, printers, tablets, and other connected peripherals.
- Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for reliability and usability.
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with developers on resolution.
- Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and QA documentation.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC.
- Hands-on experience testing web applications.
- Practical REST API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation.
- Understanding of defect management, bug lifecycles, and bug types.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency for daily communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Availability for daily on-site work in Wrocław.
- Experience testing mobile applications, POS systems, or hardware peripherals is desirable.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or POS industries is desirable.
- Understanding of Kanban is desirable.
