Base Salary
$250k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural foundations of Kindo’s agent platform.
- Design agent execution architectures, including task loops and control planes.
- Develop retrieval and memory architectures for persistent and contextual memory systems.
- Implement multi-model routing and orchestration across providers.
- Create tool-calling and integration frameworks for safe external service interactions.
- Establish reliability, security, and operability foundations for the platform.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in designing and operating complex backend or distributed systems.
- Experience building durable platform-level architectures under rapid change.
- Proven track record of developing LLM-powered or AI-native systems in production.
- Exceptional architectural judgment regarding reliability, security, and observability.
- Ability to invent foundational abstractions or workflows that enhance system capability.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and strong SQL skills; Python preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and enterprise security patterns is a plus.
