Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and delivery of complex generative AI features and services.
- Design, build, and evolve full-stack applications using frontend and backend frameworks.
- Build and maintain high-performance APIs with NestJS/NodeJS or FastAPI/Python.
- Integrate LLM capabilities, AI agents, orchestration patterns, and workflow-based AI systems into production applications.
- Evolve proofs of concept into scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
- Own solutions through design, implementation, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Write production code, review code, and contribute to testing, observability, documentation, and CI/CD practices.
- Create reusable components, patterns, and engineering standards while collaborating with product, architecture, security, and platform teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and improve engineering practices within the team or domain.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production systems.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models in applied or production contexts.
- Strong proficiency in a modern frontend framework, ideally React with TypeScript.
- Deep hands-on experience with NodeJS/NestJS and/or Python with FastAPI or Django.
- Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience deploying, operating, and supporting systems in cloud environments.
- Experience with RAG systems, generative AI frameworks, AI agents, prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, or LLM guardrails is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and security-driven design is advantageous.
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams, collaborating across disciplines, communicating technical concepts, and making pragmatic engineering decisions.
