Base Salary
$235k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise requirements end to end, from security or sales discovery through design and shipped platform capability.
- Participate in enterprise sales conversations and translate customer needs into reusable platform features.
- Build key management, tenant isolation, compliance integrations, and flexible cloud and on-premises deployment capabilities.
- Convert one-off enterprise requests into reusable platform functionality rather than customer-specific patches.
- Collaborate directly with founders and core platform engineers to deliver designs.
- Implement and ship the capabilities you design in a hands-on builder role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend, platform, or cloud security engineering.
- Experience shipping enterprise security capabilities in depth, beyond checkbox compliance.
- Experience building or operating multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure spanning cloud and on-premises environments.
- Deep cloud security and IAM fundamentals.
- Ability to build and ship with TypeScript/Node.
- Ability to present designs to enterprise security teams and answer detailed technical questions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
