Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain Visualforce pages.
  • Perform Salesforce administration, including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical support during deployment and after go-live.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is required.
  • At least five years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise is required.
  • Visualforce development experience is required.
  • Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills are required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
