Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain Visualforce pages.
- Perform Salesforce administration, including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security.
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical support during deployment and after go-live.
Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is required.
- At least five years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise is required.
- Visualforce development experience is required.
- Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills are required.
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with Omni Studio and Omni Script is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are required.
