Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions using out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices.
Configure Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
Develop plugins, custom actions, business rules, JavaScript customizations, and Power Automate flows.
Design integrations using REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps.
Model data and configure security using Dataverse.
Collaborate with EY teams and global stakeholders to deliver digital transformation engagements.

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules.
Hands-on experience with Dataverse and the CE security model.
Experience with C#, .NET, plugins, custom actions, and JavaScript.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Integration experience using Azure services.
Familiarity with DevOps and application lifecycle management practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with global teams.
React or Angular familiarity, ADO build pipeline experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications, and prior consulting experience are preferred.
