Responsibilities
- Design and implement critical fraud-prevention features and scalable platform components.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve fraud incidents with the analysis team according to business and user-impact metrics.
- Develop performant, resilient, and usable services with other Fraud Prevention teams.
- Provide technical perspective and advice during architecture and implementation decisions.
- Lead incident resolution during technical on-call to support service stability and continuity.
- Automate operational processes using existing tools to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong backend development skills with Java.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries.
- Experience designing, integrating, documenting, and versioning REST APIs.
- Experience managing jobs.
- Ability to develop frontend functionality with React, HTML, and JavaScript using software architecture patterns and best practices.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Kibana.
- Ability to learn quickly, work through challenging problems, and use technology and GenAI.
- Knowledge of Nordic is desirable.
