Responsibilities
- Develop and implement backend services for AI chatbot products.
- Build large-scale software systems serving millions of customers.
- Explore and integrate LLM applications to improve chatbot performance and user experience.
- Optimize infrastructure and architecture performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems.
- Write clean, maintainable Java code using engineering best practices.
- Guide junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- More than 8 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong core Java programming skills and willingness to perform hands-on coding.
- Knowledge and experience with Python and collaboration with algorithm engineers.
- Familiarity with design patterns and system design.
- Chatbot or customer-service bot experience is a plus.
- LLM usage experience is a plus.
- Experience with data jobs involving Flink or Spark is a plus.
- Ability to work under stress, learn quickly, and communicate effectively across teams.
