Responsibilities
- Build and run Hadrian’s offensive security function, including red-team operations and penetration testing.
- Perform reverse engineering and vulnerability research on firmware and embedded controllers.
- Develop AI-driven offensive tooling to enhance security coverage.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive findings to remediation and run purple-team exercises.
- Represent Hadrian’s security posture to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on red-team and penetration-testing experience at a top-tier engineering organization.
- Strong reverse engineering skills using tools like Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.
- Proficiency in building offensive tooling in Python, Go, or C/C++.
- Ability to operate autonomously and set strategy without a team.
- Must be a U.S. person under ITAR regulations.
