Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain AudienceAI features across the front end, back end, APIs, databases, and supporting infrastructure.
Own the application architecture, integrations, deployment, monitoring, reliability, security, documentation, and ongoing improvement.
Translate product requirements, user needs, feedback, and usage data into practical technical solutions and clearly scoped product improvements.
Evaluate and integrate third-party services, APIs, data sources, and AI technologies where they provide meaningful product value.
Collaborate with product, marketing, business, and engineering stakeholders on requirements, priorities, roadmaps, user stories, releases, and delivery risks.
Provide engineering support to selected Translations.com initiatives when required.

3–5 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack work on production applications.
Strong front-end experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
Strong back-end experience with Node.js or Python.
Experience designing and building APIs, service integrations, authentication flows, data-driven applications, and relational and/or non-relational databases.
Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring.
Hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day engineering work, particularly AI coding tools and spec-driven development with AI agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or GitHub Spec Kit.
Ability to turn incomplete or evolving business requirements into clearly defined technical work and explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills and experience with Agile or iterative product-development practices.
Preferred experience developing AI-enabled applications or integrating large language models, RAG, or generative AI APIs.
Preferred understanding of responsible AI considerations, including data handling, hallucination risk, and human oversight.
Preferred experience contributing to product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, release planning, analytics, marketing technology, content technology, or enterprise SaaS products.
